Assistant Minister met with representatives of the Office of the Diaspora


Assistant Minister Giorgio Prstojević and adviser in the Department of Economic Affairs Predrag Ostojic on Wednesday 24th March of the Ministry of Diaspora spoke with Dragisa Jovanovic, coordinator for the city's Office of the Diaspora in Smederevo and doing Stanojlović, council member of the Diaspora in Smederevska Palanka on the organization of the meeting representatives of the Office of the Diaspora with local governments and the Centre for Diaspora of the regional chambers of commerce, that would be realized in cooperation with the Ministry of the Diaspora and the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.

The proposal to hold this meeting came from the office in Smederevo and Smederevska Palanka, and is expected to be completed in the second half of May this year.

Assistant Minister Giorgio Prstojević welcomed the idea of holding this meeting and briefed the guests about the upcoming activities of the Ministry of the Diaspora, and the Department for Economic Affairs of the diaspora with regard to maintaining international conference on foreign exchange remittances and a DVD presentation of "Investment opportunities in the municipalities and cities of Serbia
