Based on Article 64 Paragraph 3 Law on Agricultural Land (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/06, 69/08 and 41/09) and Article 1 Decision on determining the competent authority for the implementation of procedures for the rental of agricultural land in state ownership (Official Gazette of the town of Smederevo, No. 9 / 2009), Mayor of the town of Smederevo was on 11/01/2010. year, made a decision on calling a public announcement to give the rental of agricultural land in state ownership for the Town of Smederevo.
