
On Monday, 29 March 2010. The school of economics in Smederevo is to visit the project team members of the European Movement in Serbia and the GTZ and the school principal from Majnhama Friedrich List, Mr. Bischof and a representative of the Central.
The occasion of the visit is the Partnership in Action which aims at establishing long-term cooperation between the German and Serbian economic secondary schools. The program is jointly financed by means of U.S. and German government and implemented by the Institute for Sustainable Communities and the European Movement in Serbia, in cooperation with the German Organization for Technical Cooperation, GTZ.
The project helps secondary schools in Serbia in the finding suitable partner schools in Germany and the financing of the initial seven-day trip for thirty-economic secondary schools that school. Thirty German secondary schools will also visit Serbia as part of the program. Ten school partnership has been established, while others joined in the competition, so it is reported stočetrdesetosam twenty selected schools, including the Economic and trade school in Smederevo.
The aim of the competition is to build a viable economic partnerships between 20 schools in Serbia and 20 from Germany, which will allow long-term cooperation of students, teachers and directors, and the first trip the group of 24 selected third-grade students and two teachers from each school in the seven-day visit to Germany where they will have the opportunity to socialize, work together and learn from their peers and colleagues.
